Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Elpia Seven ("the App"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Acceptance is mandatory for all users, including guests.
2. Description of Service
Elpia Seven is a gamified Bible trivia mobile application that allows you to:
- Play daily trivia about biblical content
- Compete in 1v1 duels (Arena)
- Participate in multiplayer events (Bible Challenge)
- Unlock and customize biblical characters
3. Age Requirements
The App is intended for people aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at soporte@elpia.app.
4. Registration and Account
4.1 Account Creation
- You may register with email or through Google Sign-In
- You must provide truthful and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
4.2 Guest Accounts and Email Verification
- You can play anonymously as a guest: your progress, points, and ranking participation are recorded without verifying an email
- Email verification applies only when you create or link an email account, and is for account recovery and security; it is not a requirement to score or compete
4.3 One User, One Account
- Each person may have only one account per email
- Maximum 5 accounts per physical device
- Creating multiple accounts to evade sanctions will result in suspension
5. Username
5.1 Requirements
- Between 3 and 20 characters
- Alphanumeric characters only
- Cannot contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate words
5.2 Name Changes
- 1 free change per year (resets January 1)
- Name changes beyond the free annual change may require an in-app currency charge shown in the app before confirmation.
5.3 Violations
If your name violates our policies:
- 7-day suspension
- Required name change
- Your account will not be visible to others during suspension
6. User Conduct
6.1 Prohibitions
The following are prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Manipulating the device clock to gain advantages
- Intentionally abandoning matches repeatedly
- Cheating in any form
- Harassing or intimidating other users
- Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
6.2 Reporting System
Other users may report suspicious behavior. Reports are reviewed and may result in sanctions.

7. Virtual Currencies and Purchases
7.1 Currency Types
- Soft currency: in-game currency, earned by playing
- Hard currency: premium currency, purchased with real money
- XP: Experience points, non-transferable
7.2 Purchases
- Hard currency is purchased through Google Play
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- All purchases are final
7.3 No Refunds
Virtual currencies and purchased items are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
7.4 No Monetary Value
Virtual currencies have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
7.5 Donations
Voluntary donations to support the project are processed through MercadoPago. Donations grant no competitive advantage and no in-game currency.
7-bis. Advertising
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve them, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and associated technical data; before showing personalized ads we ask for your consent through Google's privacy form. Ads respect the 13+ audience and never appear during an active question, a live match, or the checkout flow. How advertising data is handled is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
8. User Content
8.1 Custom Questions
In Bible Challenge mode, you may create custom questions. You are responsible for ensuring this content:
- Does not violate third-party rights
- Is not offensive or discriminatory
- Is appropriate for all ages
8.2 License
By creating content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (except user content) is the property of Keylasoft or its licensors, including:
- Character designs
- Graphics and animations
- Software code
- Trivia content (except biblical quotes)
Biblical quotes are in the public domain.
9.1 Trademarks
"Elpia", "Elpia Seven", the logo, and other distinctive signs of the App are trademarks of Keylasoft. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such trademarks without Keylasoft's prior written authorization. The use of confusingly similar names, logos, or designs is prohibited.
10. Privacy
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Service Availability
11.1 Maintenance
We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
11.2 No Warranties
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified within the App. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
13. Termination
13.1 By the User
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. There is a 30-day grace period for recovery.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
13.3 Effects
Upon termination:
- You lose access to virtual currencies and items
- Your data is anonymized after the grace period
- No refunds
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data or progress
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Actions of other users
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Córdoba, Argentina.

17. Versioning
Each version of these Terms has a unique ID. Upon acceptance, the following is recorded: document ID, version, date of acceptance, and device data.
