Delete your account and data

You can ask us at any time to delete your Elpia Seven account and the personal data tied to it. There are two ways to ask, and both lead to the same process.

How to request it

From the app

Open Elpia Seven and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE.

Without the app (by email)

Write to privacy@elpia.app from the email you used to create the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you played as a guest and have no account, include the username shown on your profile. We reply and process the request through the same path.

What happens next

Your account is marked for deletion and you get a 30-day grace period: if you change your mind, sign in within that window and cancel the request. After 30 days, a daily process completes the erasure.

What is deleted

Your email, username and display name: replaced with generic values (“Deleted User”) that can no longer be linked to you.
Your sign-in identity (the authentication user).
Your devices registered for push notifications: you will not receive any more.
Your Arena matches, placements and suspensions, your referrals, unlocked characters and skins, the daily reward ledger, the time-zone change history and your equipment.
Your entry on the donor wall, if you were on it.

What is kept

Transaction and purchase records, for as long as the applicable tax and accounting law requires. They no longer carry your name or email.
An anonymous account record (nothing that identifies you) so game statistics and the in-game economy stay consistent.

Subscriptions and purchases made through Google Play are managed in Google Play: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. The same on iPhone: App Store purchases are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
